All executive making more than US$50K a month will be subject to law suit that will size all assets above US$50k. If found that they are executing a pozi scheme or screwing the American public. Only those who can prove that they bring real value will not subject to this bill.

United States Health Care Solution
I propose a 3 stages solution.
Stage 1
Cut down law suites against hospitals and doctors except for over changing. This will reduce insurance for the hospital and doctors thus reducing cost and the saving can be pass on to the patients.
Stage 2
Legalize and train more specialist who do not need to be a full fledge doctors for specific medical condition. Make it easier to become a doctor, there is so many people who is jobless but there is a shortage of doctors and health care workers, we need to solve this problem now. Many people are dying unnecessarily.
Stage 3
Enough government hospital should be set up immediately to train a lot more specialist at lower cost to serve a lot more patients. Government should set a much lower rate for medical services in governmental hospital. A 3% should be automatically deducted from all employee salary to be use as Governmental Health Care Insurance. An additional 3% should be deducted as a saving for out patients claim.
To solve the immediate shortage of health care professional, the US can bring in hundred of thousand of nurse from Philippines, China, and India who are willing to work for as low as US$300 a month if we provide food and shelter for them. This are already health care professional that can be train at much lower cost to become lower cost doctors or specialist.
It will take a very brave government to take such bold step as there are going to be a lot of political problem when this solution is being implemented but it have to be done now!
We all should know that by cutting taxes or increasing taxes, giving rebate do not solve the problem in the long term. Some time it have to take a total outsider to come in and solve the problem because he is not restricted by friends or business associates to make a recommendation that is force onto them.
There is going to be many people who will die because this new medical trainee are not experience enough but it will still be better than people dying because of insufficient health care or totally without health care at all.
The problem is too expensive health care, too little health care professional and insurance company run by people who is out to make a profit only.
Lastly there also must be a team set up to fight copyright and patent for medical products to reduce cost to the patients.
